Graphite and fullerene modifications

Many hypothetical structures can be proposed, however not all of them have periodic structures with well defined pores. In order to demonstrate the importance of these structural charachteristics of the material, two types of exceptional hypothetical structures are chosen. The first group consists of graphite modifications based on different types of carbon dislocations which may appear under irradiation. The second represents a relatively stable fullerites composed of C28$-$cages.
